TELKOM VERY VERY POOR SERVICE, ****!!!

Telkom is rendering very poor service. I have one contract with Telkom, someone opened two more contracts using my name. Last year September September I was surprised when Telkom debited more money. When I went to Middelburg mall branch ,they advised me to open a case. I followed all the procedures to open the case , and everything was suspended but to my surprise they still debiting for all three contracts. Every time when they debit the money I reverse it. Last week I went to Middelburg mall branch again to find out how far are they with the case. They called their call center, only to find that the case is not located to anyone. Even today Telkom debited R4750 from my account and I went to the Middelburg mall branch again, I'm still getting the same respond.

I need respond on case number ***7 ASAP
