Telkom. Very very disappointing Service. No TCF

Good day. I upgraded 4 of my contacts at the Telkom store at Sandton City on the 1st of June 2020. I ordered 4 Huawei P40 lights and I was told a few times by Musa that it comes with back covers. I drove all the way Sandton to do these upgrades. When we opened the boxes in the shop, we found that there were no back covers in the box as we were promised. I have called Musa 20 times and messaged him 100 times and all that we were told is that they made a mistake. This is really not acceptable. They do have covers that they sell separately, but they will not give me the covers for free, after everything that I went through. They clearly don't know what is TCF (Treating Clients Fairly). I want to cancel all 4 my contracts with immediate effect. I even offered to pay for the covers at a reduced price and they still don't want to help me. I asked for the managers number a number of times but Musa refused to give it to me. He just advised me that the manager is aware of it. I told them that I will put my complaint on Hello Peter and advise Telkom head office, but Still got no response from them at all. This is how they treat there loyal customers. Very very disappointing
