TELKOM Very Very bad service

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Do not ever take a telkom LTE contract with Telkom. One of my clients took a contract with Telkom, Telkom informed him to cancel the contract due to the fact that there is no signal in the area my client is staying. Contract was cancelled but Telkom decided to debit my clients account every month, my client disputed the transactions and Telkom decided to hand him over to debt collectors. When you phone them to explain what happened they do not listen to you, the say the debtor needs to pay, do not care what happened on the account. The call center with number 081180 please get new call center agents that can assist people in a proper manor. I would like someone to phone my client on ********** 523 that can help him to sort this out, or i will go to the Ombudsman and report Telkom for debiting my client **********ly</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p> <p> </p>
