Telkom very very bad
<p>Hi I have beenwith Telkom for years , now my last payment I was Abit late and they disconnected my services without any notification , now they say it takes 48 hours to reconnect and they will charge me for reconnection , I have never defaulted on payment , maybe late , they are the worst company and now with all the competition they should know better than to behave like this , Fibre hoods , Vox Telekom are all coming in now , no more Telkom *********** people </p>
i also need to re iterate that there was zero notification , only when I phoned in to ask why it was disconnected they send me one , so they cut me off first then sent me a notification when I asked why there was none , so maybe they do this now to get money because they charge for reconnecting !!!!!!, vumatel , Fibre hoods , Vox telecom here I come Telkom is history , i showed them loyalty and they gave me a Kick from the behind
