Telkom very slow service

My one contract came to an end in August and this month I have 2 cell phone contracts ending. When I contacted the manager a while river pick n pay square Telkom to cancel my my device which ended in August she said Telkom automatically will cancel it, which the still have not done So now I'm wondering about the other to that have now ended in October when will I stop pay these 3 Devices that are actually paid up
