Telkom very poor service provider

<p>I called the fault reporting line today as the fixed line is dead and there is no Internet access. They can only send a technician on Monday. Can someone please call me urgently as I am going to cancel and go to another service provider on Monday if this is not resolved today! Ref 11CRK080717</p>
