Telkom very disappointing

3 Months ago, i ordered a laptop on telkom online, they debited my account and they went quite after calling them thats when i was told that the laptop is out of stock and my money will be sent back to me but till this day nothing, 2 Weeks ago i put a order for a 220 GIG WIFI router that comes together with a 55inch TV once again i was debited, and they went mute. after calling them i was told that the order was cancelled due to lack of stock, i was not notified of this until i had to call them. Very disappointed at Telkom as i am a current client
