TELKOM - VERY DISAPPOINTED

Call today to cancel a data contract that runs month to month as no longer needed and noticed when logging into it last night monthly data was not loaded. Rudest consult ever as she raised her voice at me and i in turn raised mine to her, arguing flat out the data was loaded, which i can clearly see was not loaded other wise the device i bought from them would work. I advised immediate cancellation as she said i must still pay for a service and data, really for data not received. Well to hell with that. Just waiting for my other 3 cellular contracts to end, then I am done with Telkom!!!!!
