Telkom very bad services

Telkom is the worst service provider i have ever experienced, my internet went down about a week ago i contacted telkom accounts and they told me my line has been suspended i then paid R205 the same day they told me ot would take 48h to reflect, after 48h i contacted them again and then they told me my line was never in errors and that it wasn't suspended it is an internal problem then they still deduct R405 from my account for November and December and I still don't have internet its been a week now struggling with this place! They don't deduct the amount like arranged and then the next month double deductions go off.
