Telkom = VERY BAD service! Just to open your TIN nr

Telkom = VERY BAD service! I'm struggling since Saturday 25th of August to get someone to open my TIN nr at Telkom. Every time you phone the call center the person just say sorry we cant help you have to phone someone else. I spend the whole morning on the phone and guess what... This is still not sorted.
