Telkom very bad service.

Hi I would like.to report the badest service I got from telkom today. A consultant by the.name.of Jabulisile Mpongose was back chatting why I was speaking and at times she would.make me hold.and don't even ask for forgiveness for keeping me holding so long. I literally had to teach the consultant customer service. I requested for a supervisor o. Shift and she told me there is no supervisor I ask why is Telkom still operating if there don't have supervisors.

I am very disappointed with the service I have received while I was asking the.most simple thing to be check on my account as I have been paying every month without fail before month end on the very same account given to me. Please fix I have never skipped any payment and would appreciate a call back tomorrow.
