telkom very bad service and unreachable via message or telephone or email or the store at lenasia

telkom does not return calls or take calls.their message system dont work,the telephone at Trade Route Mall does not work.they claim i owe them money which i dont.i asked them for a full statement and till now they have not responded.they handed the matter over to NUDEBT MANAGEMENT whos is also ***********.my dad and neighbour also experiencing the same problem
