Telkom VERY BAD SERVICE!!!

I am becoming VERY fustrated and annoyed with the service provided by Telkom. I have had my Telkom LTE for 2 years now. Suddenly for 3 weeks now, I have no coverage and the customer complaint centre is not very helpfull and the problem not getting resolved. Telkom deduct their money every month and contacted me regularly to sell the product, but the service is a disgrace!!! No wonder Telkom is losing business!!!!! I have been very patient for 3 weeks now, but now I had enough!!! Tembela tried to assist, thank you!!! Telkom managemet, I request a call from one of the managers!!!
