Telkom very bad serive delivery

I paid up my account in octo er and requested a paid up letter. I have called 3 times to request it but to date still nothing. When i asked to speak to the supervisor as my request was not being helped i was told i cant speak to the supervisor. They still not have updated on the credit bureau
