Telkom very bad Reception

I would just like to know if Telkom can do anything about my very very very very bad reception at my house. I live in a normal residential area in Krugersdorp. there should be no reason for the bad coverage. Please can you guys help me with a signal extender... They said last year that they will come and install extender but they never came to install it... Please, i have got a LTE router with 30gig internet, but i cannot use it because of very bad signal.
