Telkom Vehicle Accident

20th Nov 2015 i was leaving my home and pulled into the garage to fill up. As i was leaving a Telkom bakkie reversed and clipped by bumper. This pulled my bumper off on the one side. i stopped and the Telkom employee came over all apologetic saying he was sorry and he did not mean it. He gave me his licence which i photographed. I contacted my insurance company and made a statement at the local police station. My claim was submitted Early March 2016 i receive a call from my insurance saying that they have contacted Telkom, who know nothing about the accident as the driver did not report it and they would have to drop my claim. i was told i could take it to the small claims court, if i wanted to pursue it. Now why would i have a photo of a Telkom employees licence if he was not involved in an accident. Now i have had to pay my excess and i had 3 months to go on my no claims bonus. Anyone having a vehicle accident with a Telkom vehicle please ensure that the Telkom vehicle is also damaged as their drivers don't report accidents.
