Telkom Vanagte vs. Telkom Ottery

I feel my rating should be one star based on my experience, but another branch made up for it in such a way I feel a five star rating might seem to little.

I reside close to Vangate Mall and normally we'd go to Telkom at Vangate Mall. For the pass three weeks I've been to Telkom at Vangate Mall and they never had e-sims after continuously telling me to come two days after. I would go and get the same feedback. I've been there thrice in one week, twice the other and again twice the last week. With the third week someone walking pass me, doing their errands, advised me to go to Telkom in Ottery. In my mind I was like that is quite far from where I live, but I desperately needed the e-sim. I stepped into their store. A particular individual assisted me. I think his name is Liansky or something. He was very kind and quick to assist. It took me less than 10 minutes to walk out with my e-sim. The service was quality! Big ups to whoever manages the store. I'd definitely go back there for any of my Telkom needs. They can close this Telkom in Vangate Mall. They take forever to assist you. Oh and the consultants are always in and out. No one asks anything. Customers stand around, looking annoyed and agitated, but then again..just is just a review from one of customers who've had enough.
