Telkom Vaal Mall - Great branch with a poor consultant

Received very warm welcome from Xolani. Great to see that Telkom Vaal Maal is taking the current pandemic seriously.

However, the guy told me to go to counter 5 and as I approached the counter, the consultant Kamo quickly responded in a rude and very unprofessional manner and told me to sit down.. the way she spoke to me as a customer almost caused me to leave the store, however I noted that the rest of the staff was professional unlike Kamo.

After refusing to be assisted by Kamo, I went to counter 1 and my inquiry was resolved. Thanks to the other consultant.

It's a great branch, with one bad apple
