Telkom Vaal Mall

I am a customer of Telkom for longer than 10 years. On the 3rd of January I went to the branch in Vaal Mall to take out a new contract for a cell phone. I do have 3 current contracts. 2 were updated towards the end of last year. The other one is due for upgrade. My grandson and his mother went with me. We weremstanding outside the door in a quee. One of the Telkom ladies then showed us to go in an sit in the quee inside. The next minute another male worker of Telkom came and said we are not allowed to be 3. I explained that they were my daughter and grandson. He kept on telling me to tsamaia. I then pointed out to him that at the one desk there were 2 adults and 2 children. (Blacks). The whole shop were full of blacks and we were the only whites. He would not listen to me and told me almost 10 times to tsmaia, which I did. I then went and bought a phone cash from Takelot which were delivered to me within 48 hrs. I will not review my 3rd contract with Telkom and will also not review my 1st and 2nd contract with them, due to this poor service at the Vaal Mall branch
