Telkom utterly useless at closing accounts

Sent a request to have my business account closed in March 2023 as my business was liquidated. Telkom requested I send documents which I did. Requested follow up info for 3 months after with no response from Telkom. Then recieve final demands and get handed over to lawyers, send all relevant documents to the lawyers. Two months later I get called by new lawyers saying I have been handed over again!!! All correspondence can be provided as well as a Cessation number Telkom needs to get their act together as this is now rediculous
