Telkom utterly useless and worst company in the world

Utterly useless company. This is my third complaint on Hellopeter. I honestly do not know what to do. I have been trying to cancel my landline for a month now to no avail.

Please see my complaint below. I am going to stop paying Telkom this month as I cannot get any assistance. This company is an absolute joke. I was promised that a billing agent would call me, but nobody has. It seems the only option I have is to stop paying the account.
