Telkom USSD codes not working

Ussd menu to assign data as per the package they sell not working for 2 week. Helpdesk and shops are absolutely useless - None of them can even acknowledge a fault or that they doing something about it - TWO weeks now !! *180# menu to assign data not working !! If i could rate ZERO stars I would
