TELKOM USING *********** ATTORNEYS

I cancelled a fibre contract with Telkom and I was duly assisted by its agents via email correspondence.

To my surprise I received correspondence from an attorneys firm regarding an outstanding amount which I was not informed of. Telkom deducted their monthly premium at the end of the month when I cancelled. I asked the Law firm to furnish me with further particulars and they ignored my emails. i then received an sms that I have been blacklisted by Telkom. The procedure set out in the NCA was ignored to the fullest.
