Telkom using COVID19 as an excuse

Telkom is one of the worst network services one can ever opt to use. I've been trying to get hold of them for months now with no success. I took up a pocket router with them as it was convenient for traveling. But to my surprise, the router is not working. I've tried switching it on, "there's no network available". They very good in debiting money from my account every month. And their prices are different every month. The contract is for R199, but they take R253 for whatever reason. I am so sick and tired of them!!
