Telkom usesless internet

Their promotional items say 10Mbps and when you complain about a download speed of 1-3 Mbps the say it is OK since we must read it as UP TO 10 Mbps. For this useless sevice you sign a 24 month contract for R899/m and you cannot get out of the contract without huge penalties. You can get fibre for R399 with a garuanteed 10 Mbps up and down speed.
