Telkom useless, unhelpful and pathetic customer service

Pathetic and unhelpful. Telkom charges me an amount for a 3rd party account (Trudon) which the representative was shady and *********. Now I’m stuck with Telkom saying they have no dealing with regards to the 3rd party company and I must cancel via them, which is impossible. How can Telkom not have any power against a 3rd party company they authorised on billing my business account. Telkom customer care line says I’m on my own. Like what the hell. My money is nice but when there’s a problem, no one is there to assist.

I won’t be paying the Trudon bill. I am more than happy to pay the “TELKOM” bill only.

If this is how u treat customers that have being supporting you for over 25 years, I can’t imagine how your new customers will be treated when they have a problem.
