Telkom: useless service provider can't help their client when they need them the most

I got a sim card already ricard from one of the sales person from telkom, and I have been using it for quite some now. So today I was ****** at gun point, my phones were taken, I called telkom customer service 3 times. The first consultant was willing to assis me blacklist my phone even though the sim was not registered under my name, 2nd one told me I need to do sim swap before she can assist, the 3rd one said they can't assist even if I can sim swap. What must I do since I can't get help from my service provider? Telkom is useless be aware good people.
