Telkom useless service provider!

Telkom is the worst service provider! No internet since New Year’s Eve!! Been phoning their customer service since then and only yesterday was it escalated!!! Yet all the consultants I spoke to advised they have escalated it! And they have no turn around time as they out source their technical team, so I paid for a service that I can’t use - how convenient!!! Asked to speak to a manager on Sunday - the agent advised they can’t put me through cause they work from home, but can send my details - 4 days later and still waiting for a flippen manger to contact me!! I’m so over your pathetic service!! If fibre was in my area would’ve switched over long ago and never use your service ever again!
