Telkom useless service provider

Telkom is absolutely useless, my phone has not worked for months, I now tried to cancel my line, and Telkom gives me a whole story about why they cannot do it, as I have ISP that is not registered with them, I canceled my Mweb subscription on 22 July 2019 and received confirmation that this was done, I have emailed the proof to Telkom, I get the same story over and over. I cannot phone Telkom as I am now in New Zealand and Telkom never answers their phones
