Telkom useless service provider!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

this is the worst service provider EVER.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

spoke to so many departments and yet the service is ridiculous...

spoke to Zibusiso Nene and gave me a ***

every time I ask how far is my wireless device ,consultants tells me within 12/72 working hours they will get back to me .its been 3 /4 weeks and no call back, when I call in TELKOM tells me there is no device ordered .

is this the service I get ?? is it because I'm a pre paid client?
