TELKOM USELESS SERVICE

Very very bad service. After I've honored my contract I've canceled the contract after 30-months. Then they slammed me with an R2000 bill afterward. After I've queried the outstanding balance they told me I needed to pay the router? Which is nonsense I've gone above and beyond on my contract which was 24 months how can they charge me? Then when the query is still not handled they gave me up for debt collections. Telkom's customer service is pathetic and useless. They don't care at all about their customers. Don't use this useless isp provider.
