Telkom useless service

Useless service provide logged 5 calls non resolved still no internet for 2 days. Pay for a 10mb line they removed it saying we doing away with copper ADSL use the LTE . Never worked since day one. Paying for a 10mb line getting 2 mb. Call the call centre must wait 45 Min log a call two days later they send you a sms called resolved but it was never resolved. Guy stay away from Telkom and there **** service and deals.
