Telkom useless service

My Telkom fiber has not been working since 1 Jan 2022, I have reported it dozens of times in the last year, no one has even bothered to come out and check what the problem is. I request call back and if they do bother to call they don't talk to you or just put down then you answer to register they called but nothing gets done about my problem. I have even called demanding my monthly fee back for the last year and i just get a message saying that its resolved but nothing happens.
