Telkom useless service

I have never had such problems with any network like this. Internet is always down, we call and hold on for 45 minutes without any answer, no answers on the social media pages, customer service is absolute *******. At least let the people know why the service is down as some of us are trying to wor**** What a bunch of useless people.
