Telkom Useless, Rude and Arrogant!!!

Telkom staff are useless. Their call centre agents are clueless and blatantly refuse to listen to a customers request. In Dec we app**** for the fibre line which was installed in January, the package came with the TV Anroid box which were we not informed of firstly. When we discovered this, we called and they said they will order it. A few weeks later we called to enquire when the delivery was being done, at this point no one knew where the package was after two weeks of calling they realised that the order was cancelled as The Courier Guy didn't find our address (I do online shopping and never had a problem with this). Today I called and asked if i could speak to a supervisor, Xolani from the call centre said NO as this is not how they do things, he was rude and arrogant. There is no supervisor they cannot escalate the call by transferring it and basically said I was refusing to listen to what he was saying to me. I completely understand the account is in my husbands name, I didn't need that explained. As a customer I wanted to speak to a supervisor and I was refused and told his putting me on hold. But NO i was not on HOLD he ended the call!!! They have debited my account and still have not completed my order. Really does anyone in Telkom have the ability to actually help resolve a customer complaint!!!
