Telkom, Useless Online Store

I app**** for a laptop contract on Telkom's online store, got an email to say an agent will contact me within 48 hours, 100 hours later and I'm still waiting on that agent to contact me. The same thing happened to me with Telkom a couple of years ago when I app**** online for a contract but thought maybe they have improved on their online services but looks they've only gotten worse
