Telkom useless no good

telkom has the worst service ever from customer to retentions to and other department. Telkom has been taking money from an account for an insurance that was cancelled in 2019, whenever you call telkom they can never help you, but they quick to take from accounts. customer care consultants always say its done, only to find they have done nothing to ease ones issues with telkom, when it comes to taking money from ones account they quick and on time, which is called ***** yet they proclaim to be the best they the worst service provider in the country. we are waiting months now for one simple issue to be sorted out, and no one from telkom can assist you, people please don't buy anything from telkom they useless and disrespectful when it comes to customers. the ceo does not spend money to educate the staff from bottom, as no one know what they doing at telkom. you go through 100 at telkom people before actually get to someone that knows what they doing, and being it so they still cant help you.
