Telkom useless move and vote with your pocket

Sick of waiting for Telkom to listen to there customer. No move from Telkom to better there customer service. if you have a problem and need help it takes days and hours to get through to customer service. 1 hour and 40 minutes still waiting for an answer. Guys move to MWeb cheaper service provider and your call will be answered in quick time. Telkom is no longer the only player.
