Telkom, useless *********** parasites who cant repair a fault, but will continue to charge

I logged a fault on my home phone ********** and have 2 ref numbers. Three months later I still can not receive calls. 25 January 2018 I phoned again only to be told that the technicians have signed it off as repaired. No one will give me supervisors numbers to follow up No one will say who the *********** idiot is who signed off RESULT IS TELKOM IS USELESS, *********** LEACHES WHO CONTINUE TO CHARGE WHEN YOU ONLY GET HALF THE SERVICE
