Telkom useless ***********

Telkom just gets worse by the day, I have an adsl line and moved house, I asked for a transfer for the line... It's 3 months gone and nothing is done. A technician came out to do the job but he didn't know heads or tails what he was doing and he canceled the line. A major company like telkom hires *********** people.
