Telkom Useless ****ers

Dearest Telkom. Your services ****ing suck *****. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for the past 3 ****ing months and no luck BUT Telkom is very quick to debit the account and take my money. I have even gone into the Telkom store to cancel only to be told to do it online and I go online to cancel but the email address and password have no accounts linked to it so if I don’t have an account what the **** am I paying for????? What do I need to ****ing do to cancel this **** ****ing service u guys offer. Many Telkom people have claimed to contact me yet here I am still ****ing waiting. Can someone get back to me ASAP. I am not happy with this lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE you claim to offer !!!!
