Telkom useless for dota gaming due to ISP infrastr

There is a delay between two nodes on the Telkom ISP network when accessing the dota2 server [URL Removed] and another of the CPT dota servers. I can provide the IP and traceroute detailing the problem and where the delay is being introduced.. I wanted to speak to a senior ISP guy of a higher intellectual thinking ability and none was available at 18h30 last night, I got a ref number : ***. But no one has called me. <br> Please contact me, so that I can help you fix the ping delay of 400 ms making gaming impossible else I will leave telkom and take thousands of gamers with me.. So lets work together and fix the problem ASAP.<br> <br> I also Repeat it is NOT the line as I said its just 2/4 dota servers that are the problem due to linking issues at at the nodes on the main infrastructure or routing of the traffic. Infact a ping to [URL Removed] ( USA) is a constant 300ms whilst a local ping test of [URL Removed] is a constant (66 +- 4 ms) meaning my line and connection is stable. <br> <br> please do not try to lie or scheme your way out of the problem at hand or blame the PERFECT line or Shaping, IT IS ISP related.
