Telkom useless

Telkom is a joke!! there services is no service at all, they can't assist or help, they never get back to you. All in all they are utterly useless!!! Our ADSL line at work has been down for a week for the second time in 2 months, they will not fix the copper cable, and can not offer anything to help us , all they sugguest is going to another provider. Complaints useless, sales useless, care none whats so ever.,.. Please don't ever suggest this pathetic company to anyone. Rather go somewhere else you are better off never using there services!!!
