TELKOM - USELESS!

If I could give a Zero rating I would. What an absolutely useless and pathetic company. We have been trying for days to cancel a subscription that we did not subscribe to that we are being charged R5 a day for, but every time you go into the website and go to that feature it says: "This is embarrassing but we can't retrieve your information'': So you cannot cancel the subscription! I have tried every single number I can find to speak to a consultant but that is impossible, it's just press this number or that number or virtual assistance, self help etc. I want to speak to a HUMAN, is that so difficult!

I am disgusted with Telkom and their "NON-EXISTANT SERVICE" They are ****ming us by allowing subscriptions to be billed that are not signed up for and then you can't cancel them! I would not recommend Telkom to anyone!
