Telkom Useless

I have been patient enough! Telkom is useless and their administration. What makes it worst is that we are forced to use Telkom in our estate. We have been with Telkom for nearly 3 years. Decemeber we signed a nee lease at another place within estate. I notified Telkom month before our move. Week before I check with Telkom and according to them all in order. Days after our move still no sign of internet. After back and forth they advise me that my account was closed or some bs. They now have to open a new account on my wife’s name. After 2 days internet on. End of Feb internet dead again because I have not paid although I did. Oh no they have a mix up cause my old account has not been closed so now new account show that it is in arrears. They said they will sort it, internet back on. Now once again internet off. Nobody gives a ****, nobody responds! I am sick and tired of this bull****! Our internet is our only source of connection as our signal is too bad to make calls or to have internet connection. Can not work, can not watch tv, can not do anything! Useless does not cover it, yet every month they are quick to take my money via debit order. DONE
