Telkom useless customer service

I want to know since i have been writing reviews about Telkom, and it seems like no one cares it seems like i am ust writing. How do i solve my problem with Telkom coz the next thing I will be i to unnecessary debts. Since i took a contract phone with Telkom for R329 and Telkom is deducting R450 from my account which i have never agreed upon. I want to pay my contract phone but only what is on the contract that was agreed upon. Please help me to solve this problem as till now no one cares and Telkom is useless when it comes to customer service, it does not take their customer's seriously. I just don't know what to do anymore. I feel trapped with Telkom. For how long must people complain about Telkom and yet no one seems to care, are we suppose to continue paying for poor network, service, etc from Telkom for how long.
