Telkom useless customer care

Ridiculous service, i get an sms st 4.45 to say my account is suspended. Two weeks over due but no call or notification prior to this sms 15min before the close of the day.

Rush off to Telkom in Alberton City they litrally do nothing there but print statements.. Pay account in full as it was really an oversight that i hadnt paid. They refuse to reconnect till money reflects on their account. Proof of payment is not valid.

I work from home now i must just wait for 48hrs... Ridiculous!!!

The reason the payment didnt go through is because i upgrade (huge regret) so previous standing order cancelled as i pay more! Slight human error and after 7 years with Telkom you get treated like this...
