Telkom useless cancellations department

Telkom does not have such a thing as a cancelations department.

I cancelled my ADSL line with them in August 2017 and I still get billed! Its April 2018 now and now I even get spammed by Lawyers to get money from me. Ridiculous!

Telkom actually still owes me my deposit back!

I would recommend anyone to work through other service providers because going through telkom itself is a very unpleasant road.
