TELKOM USELESS

I am totally disgusted with Telkom. My 80 year old mother has been handed over to 2 debt collection agencies after Telkom removed her copper cables in 2021 to be replaced with fibre and continued to bill her. We have contacted them countless times and they keep promising to pass a credit as she has had no service for years. Really bad treatment of a loyal customer!
