Telkom, useless bunch fools

Its now been 9 months since I've been trying to cancel my unused Telkom wifi contracts, I've tried calling their Call center, tried their so called special forces team, even tried hello Peter before. All I was promised was that my issue will be resolved soon, it's been 9 months Telkom. Just make s me wonder if anyone that works for Telkom actually knows what therly are doing and what they are supposed to do. Can someone assist me with another way I can go through to get my issue resolved? Telkom is a useless company, I Would not recommend them to anyone.
